At the Bennett Sykes Group we constantly strive to improve and expand the quality and range of all our services. Below are a number of services we currently offer to our existing customers:

• Opweb (Office Products Web)
   The Bennett Sykes Mainline Catalogue on the net. Opweb combines the facilities required by every cost conscious
   Purchasing Manager with the flexibility and ease of use demanded by today's PC user.

• Sales Desk
   
Orders can be placed direct to our sales desk via fax, phone, e-mail, the internet or by using consignment stock,
   the choice is yours. Help and assistance with regard to product selection and any requirements will be available by
   all our sales team

• Purchasing Cards
   The Sykes Group accepts the purchasing card system of ordering and can be incorporated with any of the
   above ordering systems

• Desktop Delivery
   We provide a complete delivery system that ensures all of your orders arrive where they are required, usually on a
   next day delivery service. Larger organisations with several cost centres and delivery locations have discovered this
   level of service to be most valuable

• Management Reports

 
  Management reports will be produced as and when required, tailored to meet the customers needs

• Product Sourcing
 
  The Bennett Sykes Group has direct access to 19,000 stock products, in addition to that our buying department will
 
  endeavour to source additional items as required. Requests for these items would be directed to the designated
 
  Area Manager and/or Sales Desk Assistant

• Accounts

 
  In conjunction with the customer we will agree the invoicing process as required. These will range from an invoice
 
  raised for each delivery note to one monthly total invoice.

• Training

 
  The Sykes Group recognise that initial training may be required on certain aspects of the ordering process. This
 
  training will be arranged at a mutually agreed time and place

• Delivery Lead Times

 
  The Bennett Sykes Group guarantees a 99.5% order fill rate on catalogue products on a next day delivery basis.  
   Our sales desk will accept orders until 5.30pm for a next day delivery nationwide. Special order delivery dates will be
 
  given after the initial enquiry. Full details of pricing, pack size or delivery will be quoted as required.

• Returns
 
  All returns should be directed to Customer Services at the sales desk. The Q-Connect product range carries a no
   quibble 1-year guarantee. Any products not required should be returned to the Bennett Sykes Group within 14 days
   of receipt of order in its original unmarked packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
