Catalogue Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I find a product if I don't know its
code?
A: Underneath the Search box at the top of
the screen, click the [text] button. Type in
the word(s) you are looking for (e.g. Tippex) and
click the [Go!] button. A list of all
products containing your search word(s) in their
description will be quickly displayed.
Q: Are the prices on the screen up to date?
A: In most cases, yes. The product file is
uploaded from our system regularly and prices are
constantly updated. Your account discount and any
contract prices are automatically applied so you
should see the correct prices displayed. With over
40,000 products on file the odd error does occur but
we are always grateful if you let us know!
Q: What is the [Contracts] option used for?
A: Any products that you order regularly can
be set up with specially discounted contract prices.
These all appear in a quickly accessed order form as
[Contracts] in your Main Menu to simplify
ordering.
Q: What if I cannot find what I want in the
online catalogue?
A: Use the [Specials] item in the
menu. Enter as much detail as you can about what it
is that you need and we will locate the product for
you.
Q: How do I order online from the "Pricebreaker"
or other promotional or special offer catalogues?
A: Enter a unique promotional product code
into the [Specials] menu, together with the special
offer price and quantity required, and your order
will be checked and processed at the promotional prices.
